I ordered a few teas and some little extras, it was kind of a relief that everything actually showed up exactly how I picked it. No missing items, no random substitutions, no weird mixups I had to chase down. I even checked the invoice because I’m used to something being off, and it matched perfectly. So yeah, happy with this one. I’d order again

My order arrived right when they said it would, which I always appreciate. The tracking updates were easy to follow too. One corner of the box was a little bent when it got here, but thankfully all the tea inside was totally fine.

I’ve ordered from The Whistling Kettle a couple of times now, and based on my experience, they seem like a great place to find teas you won’t usually see in regular stores. The loose leaf selection is really solid, and I’ve already found a few new favorites. the only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that there are so many options it takes me forever to decide what to get. Not exactly a bad problem to have, though

Went here for afternoon tea with my sister and had such a nice time. I can’t remember every little thing we had, but the place felt really cozy and the scones definitely stuck in my mind, they were great.

Shipping was okay, nothing really stood out either way. I might order again if there’s a decent sale, because I did like the idea of their teas, but at full price I’d have a hard time justifying it. It just didn’t feel worth it enough for me.

I picked this up as a gift for my sister since she’s really into tea. The options were nice, and she seemed happy with it. Nothing super fancy, but it made a solid gift.

The tables were sticky, there were crumbs all over the floor, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been checked in a while. The food was okay and the staff seemed nice enough, but the lack of cleanliness really made the whole visit feel uncomfortable. I don’t think I’d be in a rush to come back...

I thought this tea was really good, especially compared to what I normally drink day to day. It tasted fresh and smooth without being too strong or bitter. I’d probably reach for it more when I want something a little nicer than my usual cup.

But they replied quickly, and to my surprise, it actually sounded like a real person was helping me. They explained what was going on and got it sorted without making me jump through hoops.

I’m usually a little wary when customer service seems too smooth, but this really was easy. I’d feel comfortable ordering from The Whistling Kettle again.

The soup was good, I’m sure I’d get that again. The sandwich was okay, but it was kind of dry. Not bad, just not anything I’d be too excited about

My tea showed up in really good shape, with nothing crushed, torn, or leaking. The box looked tidy and was easy to open, which I always appreciate. it gave me a good impression right away because it felt like they actually care about how the order arrives.

They were helpful and sent out the missing tin without turning it into a hassle. It showed up a few days later, and I really appreciate them making it right. I’d give it 5 stars if everything had been in the box the first time, but I’m grateful they handled it so smoothly.
